  1. I’ve said it before but I’d love to see this do some drag weeks. I also like how you kept emphasizing on how it’s all off the shelf and available parts. No one off stuff that nobodies can’t get easily. I even like how it’s running completely stock 317 truck heads.

  2. Not hating but I wouldn’t exactly consider that car a “drag and drive car” until you actually do a drag and drive event or two. There’s a HUGE difference between drive back and forth to the track or a ride to the ice cream shop vs several consecutive days of long distance driving and racing. I think a lot of people would love to see you actually do some drag and drive event, I know I would.

  3. Im torn between just doing a carbed LS with nitrous in my new edge for dirt cheap or forking the $10-15K for a proper EFI turbo LS.
    Id appreciate your insight.

  4. damn this makes me kinda regret selling my brand new gen4 i had that i got for 6500 bucks from AMS racing. sold it never even used it and went to a really good local guy who building me a 388 dart shp pro ls , MAST heads, molnar power adder plus rods, callies magnum crank its a 20k dollar long block lol its a bad ass motor capable of like 2000+ I could run 1600-1700 hp in it all day like its nothing but still 6500 vs 20000 is a big difference lol I was concerned with my 6500 LS because for one its a 4 bolt head, had cheap eagle rods/crank and I felt like running 1400-1500 hp on that setup was on the ragged edge of blowing it up so i figured I might as well go all out and just get something that will take as much power and abuse as i want. I also went to a different turbo twin 7675 bb precisions vs my previous 6266 bb precisions and a different A2W setup for shear fab 2300 hp vs my tick performance one for 1400. Long story short my 50-55k dollar build prob good for 8.0s and safe 1300 hp is now a 70-75k dollar build good for 1800 safe hp running im guessing 7.0s or lows low 7s for sure and 4s for sure in the 1/8
