Great episode Chris, Jim is a former Michiganer, i have been blessed to know the Howe family, his parents owned a drag strip near me and Jim is not kidding iam 60 yrs old and watched him bracket race in the late 80's most important is Jim Howe is cut from the same cloth of most of us baby boomers , Deeds not Words has always been our Generation and his 100 percent correct with the key board experts….
Great show again, Chris! I've said it before, and I'll say it again… opinion can change about these drivers because of your interviews! I like Jim a little more because of this interview! He is 100% correct about people and their mouths hiding behind the internet! I had a disagreement with a gentleman a while back about racing. He wanted me to come to Pamona race track to race him. I countered with meeting at a track in Utah, or somewhere in the middle, and we'd run for titles. He then claimed his is a street car, not a track car! I'm the one who got blasted by the admin and threatened with being banned from the channel for instigating an argument. I didn't start the conversation, and I didn't throw out the challenge. It goes to show people have no backbone and hide behind their buddies on the internet! There's no way the admin read all of those comments and picked me out as the villain in that post!

I have to say Jim Howe and his family are first class. Been around them,raced with them for years.
