My CHEAP 1000HP Corvette ZR1 Build BLEW UP In My Face..

I was INSANELY close to getting my abandoned C6 Corvette ZR1 back on the road, but everything just blew up in my face…

We put in over a week of HARD work getting this ready to crank this build LS9 engine up for the first time, our reward? 5 seconds of run time before the dread sets in…

This Corvette ZR1 is supposed to hit the the dyno in LESS THAN A WEEK and we have a very big problem on our hands..

Have a salvage Corvette rebuild story of your own? Maybe you’re building your own 1000HP Z06 or ZR1? Put it in the comments!

  1. What's up with the random tattoos. They all look hi quality but so random. They remind me of the wall advertisement at an old-school tattoo parlor. No disrespect meant just an honest question. You guys are doing an amazing job with the channel. Much love brother

  2. fun fact, two 8-6 fitting plus those two 90* push-lock fitting would have been a good solution for your cross over and would create a smoother fuel flow.

  3. @ 18:46 i love cars. i love trucks. i love the army. i love my new bourne. i love america. i love all good nice people. How is i am here and you are there. why is it i want to be there working on a piece of history. and why am i here thinking it. it dont really matter huh. Beautiful car keep living the dream working on the dream. Hooah

  4. Great job guys. I appreciate the fast response. This progress is well documented. She’ll idle real nice with this setup. Looking forward to the dyno video at RPM via Fran.

  5. While you are working under the hood with radiators, fuel, clutch fluid, wiring, etc why not remove the hood? Just so you don't mess up the hood? Or because it's hard to line back up? It's not as in the way as one that opens the normal way I suppose.

  6. Can you please do a video on how you have upgraded the DSX kit. I think I know how you did the wiring but a video would be nice and what size fuel pump are you running? I'm assuming a 350 LPM. But please do a video
