While I can’t say I’m surprised by what you found in there, I do feel bad for selling you a can of worms – even if it was a pretty dang good deal. Haha. Either way, I’m really pleased to see you doing right by the car. You’re doing a great job. I think it’s totally with your effort. If I could make one suggestion, learn from my mistakes… pull the filler neck back out, install the tank, and then install the neck after. I just did it the other way (with the neck in place) on my Barracuda (The Frustrating Fuel Tank Install video) and it was not at all fun. The neck should slide through the hole in the quarter panel. Can’t wait to see you driving this thing.
