Williams should have been more patient with Claire. She is a very smart woman that I think they rushed out. I doubt anyone is more motivated than her to see Williams back toward the front

Fred Vasseur has an insane resume. Started his open wheel career with ASM and worked with Hamilton during his junior years, started up ART and worked again with Hamilton in GP2 and helped design the original Formula E chassis. He’s been a beast in open wheel racing from the day he graduated university.
Williams will rebound. Ferrari did with Schumacher after almost 3 decades of nothing lol. I think they are only behind Ferrari, Mercedes and McLaren for total wins. When they ban your entire car (FW14B), you know you’re smashing the grid.

@Wolfpack Frank Williams philosophy was that the car is the thing and the driver is a far second. this could be part of the reason why they have not tried for better drivers and only interested in drivers who bring in cheese
This is great for Ferrari they final got a guy that actually knows how to run a team on the plus side he already have a relationship with Charles so I think Charles will be happy now having an guy he already raced for they now a legit contender now , also fred was part of Art team In 2004, he joined Nicolas Todt to form the ART Grand Prix team that won the GP2 Series championship with Nico Rosberg in 2005 and Lewis Hamilton in 2006.
