Awesome! Always nice to fix a problem, usually motivates you to keep going and tackle the next thing, easy motivation! Why no header gasket? RTV just work better because of the pressure of the turbo system?
Awesome set up. Header leaks are the worst. I gotta know tho, why not run header gaskets? Why the RTV?

May I ask why you're not using a graphite impregnated gasket along with red RTV? That has always been my go-to anytime I have ever had header or exhaust manifold leaks. Why are you using just RTV?
Then spark plugs backing out will drive you crazy too, thinking you have a header leak.
I f*cking hate header bolts, hard to get to and get out.
Just wondering if you know about David Vizard? Been watching his videos and this guy has forgot more about race engines than most people that have been building them for 20 years. His head porting is really good and he goes into detail of how to correctly port heads. He shows flow bench and dyno results to back up what he is showing. If you haven't you need to check out his channel.

So how come you're not running a gasket and how come nobody runs some sort of stud kit on a header?
I use to deal with that until I started using Remflex Exhaust Gaskets on my Turbo mustangs
