I think you’re doing great on the truck you’ve inspired me to do an S-10 chassis swap on my 48 Ply, grandma is a hoot that is so cool she likes race cars keep up the good work.love y’all
Having the engine that far apart it would have made sense to throw in some rods and Pistons don't need anything crazy but some halfway decent ones could have got yuh pretty close to 1k whp
My buddy uses straight miracle green to clean his ls crap. Really no video of granny smiling while the smokes rolling after what she said. My grandma was 84 when she got on the back of a very loud Harley. I was told when I dropped her off to slow down I never took the bike out of first gear type of grandma.
I'd like to apologize for not catching the last few videos unfortunately I have been extremely busy due to the season. I'll be sure to play them even if I can't watch
Your right e85 will clean it and I don’t like the fact the chain is loose all the Ls engines I have built have had loose chains I guess the chain being loose will keep it from pulling on the cam bearings I have never had an issue with it
Tommy if you can find the hold down for a base plate for an old style number jack they make a good handle to install a cam. They do sell a tool for the same thing but you don't need to spend that money for one.
Sorry again for the lack of content guys. Things are gonna speed back up here soon! Time to get this torpedo heater out of the box! Lol

You guys missed the cam plate that goes behind the timing gear. Not gonna have oil pressure without that.

A 454 bbc is heavier than a 426 hemi. Man those hemi engines kicked chevy butt in it's heyday.
Put a carburetor on it bro way better I've already done it and it looks way cleaner in the engine bay
Tommy deck the heads .10 you will be surprised at the gain you will make on a turbo
Is the plan to race a year and then put the Hemi in ?

Is that one of the torque wrenches your dad was looking for?
Stop moving so much. Sit in chair.
You boys and your LS is Breaking your daddy's heart but he still loves you
No lack of content. Your family is killing it! Awesome job!
There is a cam plate and o ring that needs to go on behind the cam gear
What type of flex plate are you going to use? I guess they have two or three different ones?
Oh shit Tommy’s got a pro mod now.
Pro Mod Cam
I always soak chains in an oil baggie.
Gramps: I wanna hear tires squealing.
Jeff: no we don’t.

Poor Bob.
So I guess the blue S-10 is a dead deal.
lets go T2G
Tommy, go to the hardware store and get a 36" piece of 1/2" black pipe and use it for a handle on your stand. Makes it much easier to turn.
Oven cleaner will make the block a dull grey.
