In this video, we start paint prep on a beautiful 1964 Chevrolet Impala.
A-Rod heads over to Denver and picks up a new to us square body rock crawler sitting on one ton axles and 40-inch tires and big block chevy power.

Love these old Chevy, I had a 67 Impala with 396 when I was in High School.
That 64 Impala sweet looking car. I had a 2001 Impala nice car
Love it
This is like watching Rory start his channel. You could see when you first started your channel you were uncomfortable talking to the camera. Great content and excellent work. The thing I liked the most is the fact that you involve your son and you train him how to work on a vehicle. Awesome keep up the great work it is so awesome.
Love your channel man! You have the perfect personality for YouTube .
Send it!
This is my dads car
Wow! That Impala is a beauty
You painting Ol Blue for Roary put you on the MAP for great things ! Love the channel. Watch every video.
Love the content. Learning how to get things done
Right on Hector, I love those old Impalas. I used to have a 62 four door with the 283 it had Hot Red Interior With lots of Chrome it was badass brother. Thanks for this video man brought back lots of memories, my wife and I got married and had that car 40 years ago. Still together to. Can't wait for the next one.
Hector your doing great ..they should have all the schools.. have shop class watch your videos
4 doors means more LoL Love the sleeper. Damn sure like everything you Men are doing
Those sleeves would come in handy even with sanding.
❤ can't wait to see it done. And Aarron thinks cars are like pokeman ..hes gotta catch them all..lol
The car looks really nice. But you really should be wearing a mask or respirator.
I loved the old 283's they were fantastic! I had friends that put blowers on them! Keller engines!
Love those old Chevys, Hector. Back in the day before Chevrolet came out with their Z28 302, we built our own 301’s. Same deal, 4” bore. 3” stroke.
Would be a great motor for that Sleeper 64. That’s the year the Malibu came out. ‘64 Malibu Super Sport, precursor to the Chevelle line for GM.
Those were the great days of Very Cool Cars… Keep up the great content,
Hector..

You need to put on some Good old… Two Short…when working on it…
My grandma had a 1960 impala with 36k original miles. I wanted to inherit it so badly, and she gave it to my brother! Still love old impalas though!
Love that square body! The flip forward hood is bitch’n!
A friend of mine in HS had a 64 Impala SS. Another had a 62 Impala. Great cars but mine was a 64 Olds 442
Rory sent us over here for Ol’ Blue, and I’m still hanging around. I really appreciate your explanations of what you’re doing and why. You’re a good teacher.
You’ve mentioned breaking your back in other videos. Is there an older video with what happened?
It’s really none of our business, and don’t want to bring up bad memories. Feel free to tell me to mind my own. Since you’ve mentioned it, just curious.
I could’ve sworn your music was the Tennessee Three doing a backing track for Johnny Cash back in the Sun Records days.
Guess it isn’t. I’m gonna have to check out that group.
I am a tin Indian fan with a big block. I had a 66 Pontiac 2+2 with a 421 HO, a 68 Firebird with the 350 big block, and now I have a 76 Trans Am with the factory Pontiac 455, 4 speed and a 2.73 posi.
Great video Hector!! I love the way you take the time to explain everything. Gonna look good when you get done.
Nice
Great content! Are you interested in testing some vehicle accessories from Suparee?
Time for a bigger garage
You need to take the trim off or it'll flake again
