Bracket is trash man that’s the issue
That procharger kit has to b worth enough to build a big single turbo kit and and replace ur carbon parts hopefully it will b less of a headache for u cant wait to see wat u do
Ull make better power prolly on a big single
I would agree that Turbo is the best but I’m 3 years in on my Procharger with the same belt so I know it’s possible. I am 10 rib tho. But I was 8 for a while with no issues.
Live to fight another day! You had some nice passes and got the experience. I can't wait to see this beast with a big single turbo!
Are you on an 8 rib or 10 rib belt? I think they have 11 rib belts out. It's there, you gotta iron it out.
It's probably the pulley system bro causing the belt issue, the procharger one isn't that good. Either need a flip drive or A&A Ultimate drive system bracket. Contact Josh from A&A Corvette and he should be able to help you out and what you probably need to do.
I have had the same issue in the past with my Procharger belt alignment. It ended up being the idler on the tensioner pushing the belt off. I had to take some material off of the spacer to bring it closer to engine. Take all of the spacers off, put it back to normal and check the idler on the tensioner. The tensioner was also crooked so I spaced the it so the idler was completely straight when it went thru the whole swing. It was a super easy fix once I figured out what it was. Took 10 minutes lol
Yikes! I see what you were saying in your reply on the last video. I had a cog style setup on my Camaro that had a Procharger. Didn’t have any issues with that but, I think a turbo setup would be even better. What ever you do I’m sure it will be fast. Merry Christmas!
Don't go turbo, just switch from procharger to A&A with the bracket system A&A has is way better! belt issues are nonexistent.
Dang sorry about the belt. Car is a heavy hitter I can see it raping my local meet
Just for reference my C6 is a 366 cubic inch ( 6.0 ) with factory crank, untouched 823 heads, 16 psi on E85 and went 9.6 at 152 leaving on 2 psi with a very soft boost ramp at a no prep event. Thats with a 6.32 1/8 mile time but in Texas on a prep 1/8 mile track leaving at 10 psi we have been 5.39 at 132…
The procharger stuff is awesome and the sound can not be beat but the turbo stuff will take you so much further!
Gozi was real cool and made time to say hello to a lot of people. I could see that he was busy trying to get things done and record this video but he still took time out to walk over and say hello.
Badass car man wish I knew much about prochargers if somebody could help the dude out he seems like he just needs an extra hand
Growing a headache!
I kno what thats like.
How about flip drive?
If you go turbocharged they are very inconsistent especially with a manual
Wish I stopped at that one when I drove by
Heart braking man sorry it was a rough go. At least now you know what to expect for upcoming events.
