Here we are, the last race of the season at Ennis, TX. This winter the 2nd Amendment car needs upgrades and so do I. If they don’t change the rules you gonna see Chuck with a screw blower!! Might hire a Mad Man…

First up we’re grudging #murdernova . Haven’t beaten him all season – every time we race something falls off my car. SMH. The pass went pretty good and we won. Unfortunately, Shawn broke 2 rods and so his season with that small block unfortunately is over. He’ll be out there signing autographs, meeting you awesome racing fans and rooting on the #405.

Next up, we grudge #daddydave . The fuel line comes off and he can’t make the pass. I know The 2nd Amendment car is fast after the corrections we’d made. We go back and look at the data and made 74 lbs of boost in 1.8 seconds. It moved around a bit in the right lane, but that’s one of the top 3 passes the car’s ever made. We don’t get timeslips in NPK, but I’m telling you – whoever I draw tomorrow is in trouble. I hope I don’t draw #ryanmartin , but if I do I’m not holding back. It’s their job to outdrive me and I’m not laying down. The season has been disappointing, but I can still hurt some feelings.

So I draw #kyekelley and in my mind, I feel like I have a car that can probably outrun him. If I can cut a light on him like I cut on Shawn last night, Ryan doesn’t have to race for the championship. So we have had wiring problems all year with The 2nd Amendment car. We have the fuel injector driver boxes from #fueltech , we just never put them on. Since Bowling Green, those wires have been zip-tied and because I threw my shit in the car, they came loose. We had a hot rod thanks to Travis Cannon and Josh Gill. We wanted to come out on top. Instead, me being excited and not being careful in throwing my shit in the car, and not doing my job by replacing the boxes, we lost the race. Kye gets a bye run to the second round and now Ryan has to win his race to secure the championship.

Look, to those of you who think I would lay down and let Kye win the race – you know where you can stick it. It’s my job to make sure my car makes it to the starting line and that’s on me. Our season ends and all we can do from here is get a plan for next year. This car needs to be rewired and gone over this winter and I need to do a better job making sure the car is ready for race night. We got a new, fresh bullet in the shop from Proline and will have another in a few weeks. We’re still waiting on the rules to come out. As of right now, I’m still running twin turbos. We might have screw blowers on both of them depending. We’re going to do what it takes to be competitive in 2023. The 2nd Amendment is going to be ready to go with the best combination that this sport allows. Chuck Seitsinger Racing is looking to be in the top 5 next season.
