  1. My last and only comment under this name. × why in the f do you guys think people doing PYOP on no prep is feasible. We are literally prepping the track with our rubber and prep. OBVIOUSLY. New tires win. Tires hate the pyop and big burnouts. WATER BURNOUT BEHIND THE LINE, DONT LET EVERYONE WASTE OVERLY JUICED TIRES TO TRY AND PAVE THE PREP. Maybe the track scraped doesn't end up better than end of bracket day by 5th run. Tire and tire expense is killing a lot of big names that don't fully understand tires!

  2. I believe you guys forgot 50% of the problem which is at sixteen hundred Pennsylvania Avenue look at the price of fuel thats at any sports that requires traveling

  3. You guys may want to check out Maryland International raceway No clock street They have A B & C class This is the first year for it seems to be working very well But you do have to have somebody in the tower to divide the lists two qualifying runs then they make out the classes. It is no time.

  4. What our local race track (road-course) does for us drag racers, is a "street light style" drag race. One thing in particular that levels out the playing field is NO BURNOUTS… I complained about it for years, being a tight budget minded racer I would always rely on the tire (and Skinnies Sauce) doing the work for the first 60 foot. So i got tired of losing/spinning and put in a lot of time researching & learning to get the car to work on the tracks rules/conditions. I hate to "toot my own horn" but can say with confidence, that was something I found a lot of guys weren't willing to put in the time to figure out. Clearly wouldnt be the case at other tracks but i guess what i am getting at is, removing a factor that makes all the cars hook up and go faster would help further level the playing field. Just spit-balling ideas if anything!

  5. Radial racing is a huge snooze fest. The bet isn’t who wins, it’s if they zip the tires or not. To much required of the track to go fast.

  6. I’m not sure if you would remember me happy but my crew used to race against your crew and others from around 06-12. I think you were around the c/dub crew back then. You always a good guy dude and I give you your props. How about a rule setting that allowed no foxbodys, all steel besides hood, factory suspension, with equal nitrous/turbo combos then let the street sort out the rest. I miss the old days of setting the street on fire and bringing a high 5 second car to get down.

  7. You can think street outlaws for that. Every one with money thinks they can be a big shot on tv. I’m telling you make everyone out there car up for sale if they win. Let money limit the class. That’s the only way

  8. Where did the brhoodtich drag radial go? That would be a limiting tire. Heck it’s getting crazy with 28’s. The -4 nitrous class they came up with at dig or die this year seems like it’ll be good till people come out with a 100k small block that makes 1000 plus hp on motor, lol. It’s always going to evolve.

  9. I do think the back of the track stuff is pretty limiting, heck look at the kids s10. Leaf spring with cal track. That thing was doing work against mustangs, and winning. People have got suspension figured out, it’s not as secretive, there’s info about it on the tube. Heck I’ve got my daily driver sn95 to where it will hardly spins a tire on the street, lol, with 150$ lower control arm brackets.

  10. I watch turbo John. He was a radial racer that was winning and he switched to a slick tire . He saw where it was going and he wasn’t going to be competitive. Fads come and go. I’m digging the slick tire racing. I kinda wish there was more people that would race on a 235 or 26 tire. Maybe that could be a good class, tiny tire.
