Managed to get the my Twin Turbo 4.6 Rover V8 powered P38 Range Rover to Santa Pod for some 1/4 mile drag racing fun. It a far shout from being fast on the track but equally it was not the slowest vehicle there.

Not bad for a big old p38. I’ve got a Dakar 4×4 with a 5.7 chevy and twin turbo, 10 psi boost. Car weighs 1850 kilos, runs 35” mud tyres and manages a 13.91 1/4 and 0-60 of 5.35s on a normal road measured with a draggy. Main problem on launch is front nearside spinning if you give it too much
