  1. Congratulations on the sale! I am impressed! Good luck on finding the right land to build on. I have an 87 mustang sbf 5.0 turbo T5, and a 86 Camaro 6.0 LS Nitrous PG, and one of them needs to go. Trying to figure out a list price is not easy.

  2. I learned many years ago not to get married to a car or any projects or builds. I started following the channel a few years back and can say I've enjoyed every video, keep up the good work and remember family is #1, hope y'all have a happy thanksgiving!!

  3. I’m with you. I’ve seen several families fall apart mostly because somebody worked 40-60 hours during the week and spent 10 months of weekends at the track. Not saying that’s the norm but it happens. That’s why I’ve moved to drag and drive, pick a week or two worth of events a year and the family goes along. Can do a full blown race car, show car, everyday cruiser you name it. You should give it a shot, family road trip!

  4. Built a awesome car!! What size are the front and rear tires? I just got my 67 mustang running and its mini tubed with a for link. im trying to decide on tire sizes.

  5. One day Harper is going to kick you square in the ass for selling this car hahaha, jk but seriously you and her both will miss the physical ability to embrace those early memories one day.

  6. Sold mine to cause the economy man’s gotta eat and race cars are exspensive and take a lot of time away from your family but it’s truly about the friendships you make and memories with friends and family.

  7. I did a lot of test and tune for about 6 years in early 2000s, I had to change something on the car before I took it out to see if it made a difference, I wasn't concerned about winning or loosing I just wanted to learn the mechanical side.

  8. I totally get it Courtney. I had a 84 Monte Carlo that I had fully restored and it was meant for just car shows and not the track, but one thing lead to another and it started snow balling from there. Then watching my daughter grow up in this car and riding with me all the time, to not being able to ride at all because it would hurt her ears. She had to wear hearing aids so the pitch of the exhaust was too loud, so she never wanted to ride in it anymore. The memories are worth way more than metal any day. The Comet will be missed but never forgotten.

  9. If a person is thinking that a YouTube channel building cars is going to make them rich, they are sadly mistaken. Just find videos that are popular and copy that, and then you will get rich. For me, I make my car videos for me. If anyone watches and likes that is a bonus. You could literally mow messed up lawns on YouTube and get rich. So if you want to make car content, do it for yourself and be yourself. Your channel is great. Exactly what it should be. I hate all the wanna be celebrity car channels.

  10. The plymouth will be a more practical car with the baby girl, taking it to cruise ins and drive in theaters a nice classic family car. And when that girl gets older maybe build another race car and let her race it if she's interested.
