The Underdog Comes Out Swinging…Bottle Rocket Returns

Can our little 318 powered 4 Door Taxi Cab take out a 700 Horsepower Boss 429 Hybrid in a full race prepped F100 pickup?
…probably not. But, with 5g’s on the line in a one run, off the trailer grudge match, you can guarantee we’re gonna try like hell!

  2. Sounds great!
TONY. I know you dont like mecanic fethish, but some of us are like… we want more!
We want more! We cant wait till you cut the wedding cake. Thats what these content make me feel like anyway.
Andy's better be ready cause hell yeah you got something to make Ultra Kathy say like Adrian to Rocky. ……Win!!!

  3. Hey Tony! I'm a kid working on a project myself (76 trans am) and I don't quite like where it sits weight wise, I was wondering what some of your tips are for shaving down weight like you have. Thanks!

  4. It is the opposite of a nugget or hot hatch and I like learning about the old days when Chrysler had all kinds of RnD and the muscle cars looked like bananas and it all still applies to nearly anything.

  5. It sounds like it should now shifting at least lol that standard trans was a bad idea and now you at least admit it was a dreadful mistake that second gear was just way too much for the small block to overcome I know everyone says that cars go faster uncorked like that but its just not my liking with today's exhaust selections you can have the best of both worlds fast and somewhat quieter than open headers I'm sure of it just my opinion is all but if you get into the 12s I will be glad to see it I never ever saw that car going anywhere near the tens tho brother even with a big block and big spray its just not gonna happen but it does sound healthy and let's hope you don't break it before Andy's ready lol but I'm sure we would all love to see some more testing a few burnouts and launches would be awesome cuz you've not shown us what tires your running on the back or anything is it a surprise ? Lol hope you got some big sticky suckers for it and as tall as you can fit with. That low gear your running the nos should overcome the talll tire w out any issues we will all see but hey brother the smile on your face its classic and your having fun living the dream it looks like to me nice shop plenty if toys to tinker with you truly have made it in my opinion anyway and although I may be a bit jealous I say good for you I would love to live by y'all so I could come hang out and do some wrenching and help out as well as learn a lot of stuff about mopars I never knew lol oh and the way you have given back in the way of helping them kids out w their stuff and channel as well as Mopar al is quite commendable your really a stand up good all around guy who like I said I would love to have the pleasure of knowing. Personally great job brother keep up the good work and the videos I never miss one and when I do I. Go into utg withdrawals lmao good night all

  6. In high school in the 1970's I had a 1969 Roadrunner. The rear seat cushions were removed. The floor covering was removed. The rear side panels inside were removed, it had flip out rear windows. The center hood cross support was removed, the front bench seat removed and replaced with Pinto bucket seats and the battery was replaced with an AC Delco side terminal battery, which was the lightest battery you could get at the time. It had aluminum slot wheels, headers, aluminum intake manifold, big Holley carb, Carter high volume fuel pump, later a Holley street fuel pump, a good size camshaft and valve springs, with a tricked out distributor. I don't know what it weighed, but it was quick. I left the door panels in the front doors with the window crank handles. The Pinto seats were lighter than the Vega seats, as the Vega seats were the same as Camaro seats. The Pinto seats sat low, so they were spaced up for proper positioning.
