  1. I love the new small tire stuff. Can't wait to see MSO come to the 405 next year. Wouldn't it be nice to see Chief and Jaclie show up at a small tire race in the 405 and MSO?

  2. The first night was 29.5 tires second night will be 28s but yea the rules are confusing memphis will only race about 5 deivers the whole show and most will be in jjs cars

  3. Cost to film is significantly higher filming for 50 or so weeks so they must be making these episodes for a reason. Another bump in the road is cost of insurance. In the end of it all, keeping people working while keeping sponsors making more money is better for the economy. So many things factor in. Either way they wouldn’t be filming if they weren’t making more money. How much? I’m curious now after listening to myself ramble!

  4. For more than 40 years, the percentage of households watching television is declining about 3 to 5% annually. In the last decade, the percentage of families with cable has declined by 25%. Moreover Street outlaws brand has been on discovery for nearly a decade straight. You have an aging brand, that’s been over exposed, and this is why the ratings are where they’re at. One exception to everything has been the NFL, which still has product scarcity, and is the most beloved and consumed product in the country. Even the NFL is still not at its peak viewership. For all the talk about streaming, the people actually using streaming devices is very small. For the Super Bowl year this year less than 2% of the entire audience was on streaming. Now take that and extrapolate it to a regular Street Outlaws show and there’s a few thousand people using streaming devices compared to the hundreds of thousands are consuming the product that on a weekly basis.

  5. Murder Nova said in a recent interview with JRod (on TRC channel) that he wasn't even sure if they would get picked up for another season. I think they will get at least one more yr to see how this small tire show works out. It would be really cool if they would get people like Beater Bomb on the show.

  6. I think in a hole they are doing better but the are also spending a lot more to do 5 shows and the viewings is down if they expected 15mil viewers per show I'm not a fan of the new small tyre show they are to nice I love the drama

  7. If you can remember when Street Outlaws first begun, Chief said that the 405 didn’t trust this TV broadcast and was afraid that it was just a setup by law enforcement officials. But when they found out that it was on the up & up (legally speaking) they all decided to give it a try. As they all also agreed with Chief, that if it got away from the originality of the street race agenda as they knew it, they would all drop it and get back to what street racing meant to them all. I saw it as being mainly a money decision that bought the other team members off and Chief stayed true to what he first agreed to and loved. Whether it was the money or the changes that wasn’t consistent to their original agenda, he was the only one that kept his word. JMO

  8. If discovery wants to keep Street Outlaws on tv they better get busy getting JJ a show back on he is the only one that is entertaining watching the 405 is like watching paint dry it’s painful!!

  9. I can’t watch it on discovery + . Maybe because it’s garbage. Won’t watch it anyways. Hard to understand JJ, am ju cam betta belie dat! Get you subtitles going!! JJ always trying to throw street knowledge around and sounds like an idiot.
