Also wonder if adding a bag or 2 of DRY ICE to the floor over the battery might help with a .05-.1 second dropp in et? Anyone try it that you know of?
Note: 550 dragstrip runs in this Plaid. We didn’t count the 76 dragstrip runs we made in our other two Plaids (S and X) which we’ve since sold. How can parasite drag be reduced?
As a pilot (Model S, Plaid driver) , here are a few ways in which you can reduce parasite drag:
Keeping airplane surfaces clean.
Closing doors, hatches, and windows.
Retracting landing gear and flaps. Move Go Pros to the inside of the car.
