Adapt and overcome. Kinda sux 1st time on something the trips to the toolbox seems endless sometimes. Worked a few years in a shop didn't touch cars for yrs and labor costs forced me back for personal vehicles. Wth 7/8 luggs (lacrosse). Yeah 2 trips just to get the tire off lol

Most of the cars you'll race started off more than 20k before they had that much more put into it to be competitive
I don’t know why people care what a car costs anyways? Just because someone spends too much on a car doesn’t always mean it’s fast.

Not counting wheels and tires, or paint, you can toss together a G-body with an LS for 20k all day. When you start putting fab9 diffs and custom 4-link back halfs in them, the costs with increase substantially. Can probably get a disc brake 8.8 rear-end for $200 bucks at the swap meet.
