In the semi-final Daddy Dave had a mechanical failure and oiled down the right two lanes of the road, with the clock ticking and the sun coming up at 5:00am, it was decided to race the opposite way on VIRGIN concrete and block traffic at the end… Getting busted street racing is definitely not something you want on your rap sheet, but unfortunately for this particular racer, he heads straight into a trap! Making a hit down a dark road in Texas, this race doesn’t end the way these two racers want…especially being the final race of the night battling for over $15,000! On Street Outlaws, the police force isn’t exactly….real. However, on this particular night, all bets are off as these racers roll their race cars out of their trailers in a true fashion street race, just like the days before the show! Cash Days is the name of the game, and with 31 badass cars lining up for a shot at a big pot of money, these guys hold back for nothing! The Procharged Vega and Nitrous BIG Block Probe both make a seriously fast pass when all of the sudden…police appear out of nowhere!

Lived in Mansfield my whole life and I work at a warehouse right behind the Mansfield jail. I’ve had a few buddies who’ve spent the night there and always say it’s awful. Always dirty and too small for the amount of people in there. Mansfield cops are way better than Arlington cops, but Mansfield jail is definitely one of the worst in the metroplex.

While this is amusing to some degree it leaves out the impact on the local community. Local resources are used, peoples quality of life and noise ordinances are ignored, perhaps property damage. The traffic incidences are reported to insurance companies and impacts the insurance rates of locals. An insurance company likely won't cover if you are engaged in illegal activity. Not exactly a great example for impressionable minds. Do you do this in your own neighborhood or that of your family? If you want to race rent a track.

The one that came out to flag the race dead did it just a tad before the light went off. Drivers at the end could not see the dude on the left waving that there are cops there cause it was to dark. I feel the Lude won and should have gotten the money cause of it. If not should have gotten money to pay off the fines and tows and everything else. They screwed the winner.
