  1. Look up the SXS blog guys on YouTube. They always have a blast and have a few machines that are insane. Believe they do at least 1 glamis trip every year. Murder Nova raced with some of them in Cleetus’ event.

  2. Been there many times wish I was there to show you all the way to Oldsmobile hill and a few other places I know of. Used to ride my raptor 660 there a lot in the early 2000s.

  3. You really should go to Dumont Sand Dunes. 3 times taller dunes, plus comp hill is so awesome. Go there and have someone give you a ride in a $100,000 sand rail. You will never forget it trust me. Check out some videos from there you will understand what I'm talking about.

  4. Being born and raised in Southern AZ, aka Yuma AZ. This was my backyard for many years. Glamis is huge on Thanksgiving, Christmas and new years. There's also buttercup that's more family friendly, Patton valley. We also have Mexico and Martinez lake, lake Havasu not to far either.

  5. There is an event coming up September 21. I believe it’s called UTV invasion they’re having it at the American oasis. It’s a brand new place it’s going to be fun I believe side-by-side blogs gonna be there need to check it out

  6. Now you need to unload your street cars and invest in some Sandrails, hit the GLAMIS drag strip during a Holiday week and experience an Out of this World Great Time!!! Just kidding about unloading your street cars – Bad Ass!!

  7. My family had a friend who worked r&d for honda in the 80's and took us to our first Thanksgiving at comp hill at Glamis in 1986. There were 3 other campfires. Fast forward to the nineties and there were thousands, still prior to the Imperial Police giving tickets and ppl riding drunk and harming others.. i miss the good ole days

  8. Would of loved to be able to take you guys for a REAL Glamis ride!!! You need an experienced leader to have a good, fun, fast ride in the dunes!!!

  9. If you didn't do to glamis on a holiday weekend you haven't experience glamis yet. Come on a holiday weekend and meet the Ryan Martins of glamis. Just having at least one experienced person to follow makes it much better too.

  10. Glamis can be a totally different experience based on what you ride and who the leader is. I am not great at leading but the ride from the flats to oldsmobile is not a great ride for sxs. If you go back and ride from that area go on the backside of olds. It's the "Big Dunes" you can run faster and smoother. If you are new its not always bad to follow tracks left behind by others but still pay attention.
