I'm thinking all around carbon fiber body. Except the doors, for you know. Safety!
I have a yamaha g2 gold cart, that things amazing through the trails on regular course tires and no lift
Kid. You've got the coolest Dad…
VGG my day makes it all better. The LS Monte is going to smoke some tires. Send that baby down the road.
When you rebuild that 400 block, you should put a 283 or 327 crank in it. It won’t disappoint
I could watch you for hours on end! Thank You Vice Grip Garage!
I live in middle TN and would love to bring some cold snacks and help!
It'd be funny if whatever celebrity Derek mentions just walked up and tapped him on the shoulder. Even better if he or her jumped in and gave a hand.
Speaking of creedence Clearwater, john just acquired the rights to his songs again. Almost 50 years later. Supposedly gonna start making more music
Derek, what did you do with the 1960 rambler? My dad had a 59 wagon when i was a kid in the 60's
Halfass costums would be the right guy for this engine swap
Fbody oil pan sits very low and is a good pan for swaps. People tend to want alot of money for them though, the Dorman version is around $200 at parts house. Last time I needed one, I believe I got one from the evilbay for around $100.
You might want to think about throwing a couple neodenium magnets Inside the oil Pan of the transmission they're small and skinny, will keep the metal out of the moving parts
Need a LIVE mailbag w/some Black Velvet! Been too long!
I don’t believe I’ve seen a guy in a Willys pickup or wagon. I think there’s a few in Duck, WV.
Don’t forget you ran the car into the wall, bub…
Thank you sir for everything you put out here on the interwebs. You making the world a better place…..
I guessed correctly!
Definitely my wind down go to time every evening. Love the videos!
Great vid as always, Derek! Thanks for keepin' 'em coming!!
Got more pipes than Willy Nelson. That's quite a feat!
Keep on going your getting somewhere now lol.
You looking for a few more projects? Check out the new junk yard walk video put out by Punisher Lemans. More cool old cars in that video than I’ve seen since the 90’s. Love to see you revive one from that video.
Well it "was" a "turn key" when it had all those alion wires connected – I hope it still runs without them?
"LS Solves Everything" I can see the columns of tire smoke from here, Yes.
Another great video by VGG, thanks Derek.
Why don't you put in an OH crane system in your building pulling engines & installing.
Sons getting Big!
Dig the way you explained how the blower worked!
Hey Derrick give a shout out to Thunderhill raceway they could use the rep
Bradley star of the show supportive bee Bloop
I love when I’m looking for parts in my own stuff and find stuff I forgot about one didn’t even know I had like you in your field
Hey Derek, you should do a build with electronic power steering! So you won't have to worry about power steering leaks and it keeps the power steering system simplified. This would make a good addition to the 1776 Monte Carlo.
Hit me with a 20 min video when i need a 2 hour flavor
I got a turbo 400 in it……….Naw. Its a turbo 350. But I keep it clean!!!
Anyone know what tool kit he is using in the pelican style case ?
That project is definitely going to add more gray to the beard. The end result should be a lot of fun for anyone lucky enough to get behind the wheel. Now, time for another samich and watching some more VGG from the past.
does anyone else just thumbs up the video as soon as the thumbs up button loads? I already know it's gonna be good, so I just feed her the onions RIGHT NOW.
