Spring compressors are cheap and take the death out of installing coil springs. You can get seriously fucked up doing it the way you did. Great example.

Question for you: how are you planning to heat and cool that huge shop? I see you green house fans up there on the wall. But I don't think your going to enjoy all the dust and pollen it's going to coat your shop and vehicles with?
Unless you have a gas fired makeup air unit with a in line swamp cooler that you can put a 4" or bagged filter rack in to keep the shop clean and pollen free I'm not seeing?

We use ratcheting straps to hold the springs. In response to your other question Phantom. QA1 and other companies make coil over kits where you replace the upper and lower control arms and use an adjustable coil over shock. Back to watching.
