John pro tip, weld the bov flange on the pipe before you cut the hole. Then cut and clean up the hole after. Will weld out way nicer.
2010-2014 ls camaro manifolds. Tight to the block and points the outlet down. If you can find the zl1 manifolds they are cast stainless and won't rust. Pre heat and vband them and have at it
I have a T6 S491 mounted on my Fox like you are trying to do. I posted the pics on FB to you. The T6 flange sits outside the rail and is supported to the head off the flange.
How you are talking about doing the hot side under the frame rail on the passengers side is how mine is done and I have a s491 from Jose’ on it. If you need I can get some pics

A 4 inch downpipe will run above the tire and between the fender and a pillar and out the bottom of the fender at least on a foxbody mustang that is
I got a question might even sound stupid but couldn't you swap header sides. Maybe a short cut with a little fab to make it fit correctly.

Use the Trailblazer Ss manifold! You have to cut the inner fender but it raises up the turbo just a tad, i think itll help you and clear a little better! We have to do the same with the Trailblazer Ss, and its Using the huron manifold! Just my 2 cents lol! If you like msg me and i can send a pic of my setup with my manifold! Btw, with that manifold, it sits in close to the valve cover for the bov, so you will have to relocate the coilpacks if you have the VC mounts! But its a really nince clean setup! And i believe the turbo will still be in the exact same spot just slightly raised up about an inch higher i would guess! Im redoing my setup atm, so i can loan you my mani for moc up or whatever!
Most of the time when I put on a blow off valve I weld the flange on first so it's easier to weld then drill out the middle that way you don't blow through when welding
