Needs to let Javy do what Javy does. Keep the bullet a bullet. I know your trying to figure out what happened or caused it but pointing fingers at things that never happened. Good think that Javy is laid back in his demeanor. But Ryan was calm when trying to blame Javy for something he didn't do. I will say that. Takes all kinds. That's why Ryan is the best and has the best crew. They all give and take. Congrats on 3 in a row.

It must not be easy being so closely watched everywhere you are. Maybe put a time limit on how long they can film you up close like this. It doesn't seem right that they take over your whole process if/when there is an issue. I know it is interesting and fascinating but geeeeezzzz. Your team always pull together and work with you and each other really well. No pushing, no shoving….. just a lot of focus and attention to detail. That's what makes it all work for you to continue to be at the top of your field. Cheers to you all!
