I had no idea that he passed or that you made a pass at Tucson with his ashes. I met Ricky back in the early 2000s at an NMRA race in Bradenton. I was star struck because he was a massive influence in the drag racing scene to me. I hate that I missed you making the pass, even though I was at the race.

RB was a Professional Knowledgeable Man. He was the best Racing Manufacturer Rep for Vortech. He made sure their support was always track side. I think its a big disrespect to this man to say he was known for drinking BEER. RB made sure the Vortech Supercharger racers had everything they needed from a product support standpoint. Jim Middlebrook owner of Vortech really believed in RB and gave him the budget to attend all the races around the Nation. RB produced Championships with his hard work making sure Vortech was up front.
