Reparations for Foundational Black Americans from Africa/Legal Strategy Explained

In this broadcast Attorney Dennis Spurling explains his proposed “Legal Strategy” to justify “Reparations for Foundational Black Americans from countries in Africa that participated in the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade while excluding the new arriving Africans and Caribbean Blacks who may have experienced racism and prejudice. The term “Foundational Black Americans” often emphasizes the unique cultural and historical experiences of African Americans whose ancestors were enslaved in the United States, distinguishing them from other Black populations in the country.

Mr. Spurling’s proposed strategy or legal framework aims at providing reparations to African Americans, specifically those descended from individuals who were enslaved in the United States by explaining in detail how African nations actively participated in the slave trade. This concept is part of broader discussions on reparations, which advocate for compensating the descendants of enslaved people for the injustices and systemic inequalities stemming from slavery and its aftermath.

  1. Let's stay focused! We can demand that Donald Trump offer 5 million per person to FBA, in order to get our vote. He is already open to this, we have to step up now to Donald Trump! The Democrats will not give us anything. Trump is the best option. Play chess not checkers!! Put a committee together to approach Trump, you're running out of time!

  2. I totally agree with the position you're supporting. It's sad that many, not all, black immigrants are being obstructionist to the ADOS/FBA rightful claims movement. As an example, it would be equally nefarious, for me as an ADOS/FBA to attach myself to the poor people in Haiti, when they decide to make a claim against the French government. Even though I have absolutely ancestry from that Island.

  3. Brother Spurling

Have you consulted with THE HONORABLE DR CLAUDE ANDERSON regarding YOUR PERSONAL THOUGHTS AND INPUT regarding the subject of reparations?

  4. Im Caribbean, it always frustrates me how Black Americans act like they were the only enslaved Africans brought to the Americas, they act like Jamaicans, Haitians and Trinis like myself were enslaved, they definitely didnt bring us over here to be track and field athletes. The Reparations intended for African Americans was the founding of the Country of Liberia in West Africa, due to the American white supremacist fear that when slavery in america ended blacks or "negroes" as we were called were unruly and inferior.

  5. You Cookin good brother, peace be upon you! We need to go after all em’ the African nations, the injuns, the corperations, and Uncle Sam! They got dirt on all their hands and need to pay tf up! This isn’t divisive it’s Black genius and needed. Johnny Chocaran was preparing to sue the government for reparations before he passed too, glad you’re picking up the torch. We need great legal minds like you to represent our interests.

  6. I agree with your premise and rationality. But for credibility and legitimacy you would have to seek compensation from both liable parties, the corporations who were the greatest beneficiaries and the principal sellers from the responsible nations of Africa.

  7. Black americans are not from africa. They never came from Africa. They are native americans. Native to america. Plus it was the YT slave masters that put native americans as slaves to work and did not pay their ancestors. So basically YT americans owe Reparations to Native black americans.
Plus Uncle D is not a FBA, he is Dominican. (Caribbean)

  8. So you wanna sue poor African countries who most likely do not have any direct connect to the slave trade over rich Western nations who everything they got comes from what's happened to us? Nah man. This is exactly what they want. Us going after each other instead of them. That makes no sense at all
