  1. I would talk to a trailer manufacturer like Pj diamond c utility and great Dane to see if you can put a different axle set up underneath there so you don’t have these constant problems. Yes, I understand. It’s an odd set up because of the width of the tires and axles but honestly somebody has to have the answer.

  2. I’d talk to big country. He has a different set up but he’s had his hands on all types of trucks and trailers. No it’s a long shot. Might be time to sell and upgrade to more semi trailer.

  3. Lmfao Shawn be grumpy. You guys put out awesome content if you need race car money throw out a couple videos a week. Most people myself included would kill to have your YouTube presence and you could easily grow it

  4. Also there’s no way you should be going through brakes like that. I’ve gone 100k on electric over hydraulic brakes no problem. Something is wrong. Plus you should be mostly behind braking with that setup I don’t understand

  5. proportion valve on the trailer set to high?? maybe ur trailer is tryin to stop the hole rig vs just controling the trailer. engine brake on thag cat will also help prolong brake life too. best of luck

  6. Real surprised they didn’t use the double nut technique to get those studs out. Much easier and don’t chance messing up the threads. Guess that what you expect from “ not a mechanic” . Thanks for the vids. Can’t wait for next season.

  7. 25 psi is 25 psi no matter if its air or hydraulic, an air system just uses air as the compressible fluid, meaning it can be compressed into a smaller volume when force is applied. liquids like hydraulic fluid cannot be compressed. That means air systems aren't as efficient as hydro systems.
