What strikes me as incredible is how Reaper is — correctly, but also maybe unknowingly? — such a strong advocate for socialized and free education for the disadvantaged, yet can also sometimes be in total support of extreme conservative capitalism and "pulling yourself up by your bootstraps" etc.
This is absolutely awesome I say on a daily that this is what the world needs to get people and next generation involved rather then living in 0hones games and ect

I teach a CNC class and get very little interest, I get more people already in the trade that want to up their skills. In 3 years I can count on one hand the kids I'd recommend get involved in the trade. The salesmen in the 70s ruined cnc with their…."you can pay people minimum wage to run these". Companies are coming around but it's still an undervalued skillset. You need a box full of expensive tools and it pays less than someone driving somebody else's skid steer. Sorry…..rant over, 38 years as a cnc machinist and programmer…3 years as an instructor.
