swallowed a valve and tried so hard to digest it
Man, glad you're ok!
Some Primer and JB Weld, you'll be good as new.
I know this is sad and all but could you get a better camera man or move out the way so he can get it all?
Brother I'm just glad you are OK, I watched the crash and I didn't think you were going to get out of the car
Sucked valve. That happened to my Yugo.
Glad to see you guys wearing PPE while working with carbon fiber. That stuff will literally take years off your life. Just ask the A&P guys in the Air Force they get Hazard pay because of this stuff
What is the engine, turbo and head combo?
I say go to around a 69 or 70 mustang. Your a bigger guy and they have more room inside. Easier to get out and more room for even bigger power.
Keep it up brother, you guys got this.
You should build a 67 cougar big tire monster, I’ve never seen one In NPK. I love the fox and own a lil 86 coupe street car, I drive it like it’s stolen and terrorize my neighborhood once in a while. Unfortunately she has a rod knock, the sad part is I was driving it easy when it started knocking .
The problem is circled on the valve cover haahahhaha
Gonna send it back to Koda to have it stripped and powdercoated again?
Still in San Antonio tx ?
Just glad your Ok Mike, God Bless and Good luck on the re build
Glad your ok..ask lyle barnett about cabon fiber.
Goddamn the audio makes it impossible to watch. You have to do some audio editing and get all that garbage obnoxious background out and level your vocals
Hey Mr Morello I'm glad to see that you're okay the car can be repaired or be replaced but you can't do what you got to do to get her back on the road get her back out on the track and take team texts to the top I'm glad to see that you're okay
Mike seems like a great guy to work with. Its refreshing to see a man teach his guys as they are disecting the carnage. Honestly… I'd like to see more of him explaining things. Anyone would be lucky to spend a couple days in his shop, working along side this crew.
One of the coolest drag racers in the racing community for sure! So sorry about the fire. Build that hot rod fast enough to take out all the competition! Good Luck!!!
Just glad you made it out, Mike. Thank God there were people there. LaFawnduh will be back, better than ever.
Thankful you are here to tell the story. Rooting for bigger and better things for ya Mike
Man you were on a lick too. Looked like you were pulling on ryan when she popped. Good luck buddy.
I was wondering if you all would forensic the motor and everything else seeing the table with tape blocks was good to see. Hang in there you all be alright.
Wow, I'm glad your ok Mike. I've been watching Street outlaws and all the spin offs for years. I rush home just to watch the shows still after all these years. Your know the saying Blah Blah Blah can be replaced and all that. And it's true. You will be back at it soon. I'll be watching.
Mike ever thought about getting something more aerodynamic like a sn95 or some sort of newer mustang? At them npk speeds I am sure it makes a difference?
Ive never seen your videos before this one and this may be a dumb question but here goes:
Why did the blue parts not get affected by the heat?
its buildable, except for wire and plastics the fire dident melt steel there is just a lot of suit on everything
I’m seeing all your stuff Mike
