Pure B.S., I built several fastest street car engines years ago. You had to be able to drive 30 miles, pass a basic lights etc. inspection, and then shut it off and start it up, unassisted. Mufflers of some kind,, and no slicks. Street race, yeah right and I'm a porn star.
