Looks awesome, have you thought about updating to 5/8 axle studs?
Courtney some of the Welds look good Take ya some of that 1/8th in thin stuff and cut some of it then butt it and practice just Blending the 2 back to geather with no rod mabe after you get the other welder so you can control the heat that is the key! Brother I just Love to hear the Excitement in ya Voice
What is the best valve? Cover gasket to buy from leaking my keep leaking
Rear end looks great n up to the task! Almost a shame to hide it under the car!
Man that thing is beefy looking!
Hey bro you might take a look at the Forney Flex 30 it’s a Tig Welder and Plasma Cutter all in one.
Courtney that rear end housing looks awesome it's going to be so strong
For AC I like using a small 4-6 standard cup with white 3/32 tungsten, also would recommend 5356 filler rod.
Hey buddy, the rear end looks amazing. I can’t wait to see it finished.
You will be happy with the Primeweld tig machine.
Awesome thanks for details
get a weldpro 200 tig ive had mine 3 yrs
the 8.8 is a great diff, but, the after market needs cast steel housing so they can be welded to.
Biggest issue i had with my welder is that ganky ass pedal and that stiff near non flexible torch lead.
John break that rearend in ez for a while it's sick for sure Courtney
