Join me as I attend the 2023 Roadkill Nights event sponsored by Dodge and Motortrend. I take you through each of the grudge racer’s builds and show you all of the action as they battle it out on Woodward Avenue in Pontiac Michigan. I also give you a look at some of the things that will be offered by Direct Connection and I even get to drag race a TRX on the street with a pro driver from Radford Racing. This was an epic event with a huge upset at the end. Who did you think would win the competition?

This was an awesome video!! Top tier content! Thanks !
Awesome coverage! Thanks from us who were watching the livestreams, where we were cut off during the bye run with no warning. At least now we got to see the ending.
Watched it live on the MotorTrend YT page and they cut to a commercial when the Hurricane Challenger staged. It's a prototype but wanted to see that one. Don't know why there was no YouTube build on it from Direct Connection, it would have been interesting to watch it's build.
Great video! Thanks for taking us along!
What’s up with stage kits for 2023 challengers chargers??
Hey it was all some to meet you finally..
I had so many more questions to ask..
Thanks for taking time out of your day for me an my wife an to ride with us ..
Amazing video! Love looking back on all these memories! Thank you for covering our W and all the amazing competition ❤
I lived in Royal Oak, MI in the late 60's and early 70's 3 miles from Woodward. I had my '69 SS 396 Camaro out there no less than 5 nights a week racing on Woodward. I love the fact that street racing is still alive and well on "The Ave". I now live on the opposite side of the country but still build and run stout street cars like my '66 Buick GS Stage 2. Big smiles watching this – thanks for posting!
I got to say I think throttle is going to be the team to beat this year everybody I mean knows what they're doing and are experienced and made Halle machines but I've been watching throttle and these guys are unlike any team out there. They know what they got they know they built it's all dialed in and let's go oooo!!!!!!
Great video! Hats off to Kayla. She took it home!!
Job well done Racer X…Thx for bringing the action to us!
Great footage! Thanks for bringing it to us
The viper looked like it jumped the start. The Cuda still reeled them in!
Great coverage!!! u rock RacerX.
Awesome video Bud!! Thanks for the coverage!! I could feel your excitement all the way through!! Throtl has one FAAAST Viper! What an action packed day!! Awesome!!! Totally digging that 71 Challenger!
The soul snatcher seemed to be the car to beat, but it just goes to show that without a good driver the fastest car doesn’t always win . Very entertaining indeed.
Spoiler Alert : This is not RuPaul's Drag Races. LOL
1969 was the last year for the Baracuda. 1970 Wide body 'cuda
this was a fantastic video, great footage and commentary, good job
@racerx or anyone, Rumor has it that direct connection has canceled the stage upgrades for the 392 have you heard any truth to this.
Good lookin Barracuda!
Thanks for the video RacerX!
We might be out of luck at this point but as a scat pack owner, is there a chance we see stage kits from direct connection?
Very surprised the Viper was dialed in all the way.
That viper surely looked like the favorite to take it out but Kayla got her tweek on and got the win.
what was that viper doing taking a nap?
When are the direct connect upgrades coming out for the 2023 jailbreaks? I can’t get my PB to tell me.
I was there standing against the fence. It was some really good racing. The rain delay sucked.
