Buginga not only has entered every class this year but has won everytime out. Manny Buginga is no stranger to winning as he has won multiple races outside of no prep but has won the small tire class in the New England no prep event. But, Buginga has made the jump from small tire to the big tire and has made an immedidate impact on the scene. Buginga has won all the future street outlaw classes and has made it look easy along the way. Buginga refers to the car as free fred because he explains the situation with a small pit chat before racing.
