Looks like they would or at least they should grind the surface to rough it up so it will actually take rubber and not be like an ice ring because that smooth concrete is not an ideal racing surface at all…
it tracks like this that call them selves no prep and a normal street has more prep on it than that. I probably would have not ran my truck on that on either. That track does not look safe even it it was prepped, big end looked like a gravel road.

Had a couple of close races that day. I was helping run the finish line camera there was some tough calls.
