It starts with an odd phone call. That person who you ALWAYS text with, calling at an odd hour, you instantly know something is up and that something probably isn’t good. So when Kenny “Freakin” Powers of The Old Man’s Garage calls at just after 9am you know something is amiss and some help is likely needed.
Fortunately we were once again in a good position to help out and snapped into action, parts on order to the shop even before the vehicle arrived. This isn’t a favor for the OMG or Street Racing Channel crew, but for a couple of their good and loyal fans who were stuck in a bad situation in our neighborhood. With the ability to help, how could we not?
Huge thanks as always to all our subscribers, followers, fans, and customers who have made our business successful and gotten our channel to where it is today. Special thanks to the SRC / Street Racing Channel / SRC Garage / Old Man’s Garage / Junkyard Digs folks for showing such amazing support for us over the past several months. Without all of you we wouldn’t be anywhere near where we are today. We hope you enjoy this one!

You're our heros!! Can't thank you guys & Kenny enough! We ended up at Quaker, Steak & Lube. Less people & faster food. Wanted to ask you to join us but figured you'd had enough of us by 8pm!
Nice job Rich!!! What a job wow!!!
What brand and part number is the flaring tool you have been using and speaking highly off ?
I quit The Old Man. His head has gotten way too big! He talks down to a lot of people on facebook.
This is the kind of stuff that stories are made of ! you remember the time …. Good job and it is the time of year when you ( we/all ) bend over backwards to help folks !
Sometimes it pays to be a name dropper
Lucore, Austin, and Superman Rich saves the day again! You da man Rich, it fought you tough most of the way, but you won a hard fought battle and used the inborn mechanics ingenuity and experience you possess and got the work done again. Great Job brother.
Smart people did the right thing having you do the other side too! Luck only gets people so far.
You guys ROCK!!! Just so happens that I also found this video very enlightening for my Sierra 1500 4wd, as I was replacing my wheel hub assembly, I found my upper A arm & ball joint needed replaced as well. Really enjoy the way Rich takes the time to be in-depth and explaining each aspect of the repair, VERY HELPFUL VIDEO. Glad Kenny was able to steer these folks your way and y’all get them up and running and home safely.
Wow! That is not a Friday afternoon job. Great job, taking care of the customer, a breakdown far from home is always a bad situation, I am sure they are grateful
Great job Kenny has some strange luck good in one way but not so good in outhers
That trailer probably help them
Excellent work I think you should do an suspension inspection to show what to look for when it’s bad
What did that dude have to do with anything?
I subbed due to the fact that you pushed through and helped these people out this all could have went so wrong Thanks for the help
Always a pleasure to watch a master tech at work.
Team Lucore & Kenny Powers You Are Awesome People Not A Lot Of Shops Would Have Taken Care Of Folks That Fast
I know it was a Kenny favour but a lot of shops would not have gone to the lengths you did to help these people. You have to love the youtube family especially the automotive sector.
those people were extremely lucky that could have been a very serious accident
Those brake line tools are the best thing I’ve ever used and are worth ever penny if you do a lot of lines or even one.
