Street Outlaw live event rolled into the texas motorplex with its no prep kings event. Jeff Lutz entered the race looking good having won a couple of big tire events this season. This is a rare occurance since the competition to win these events have been extremely tough. But, Jeff Lutz has proven he has a car that can compete with the top three cars anyday of the week. On the other lane we have another racer who has won a couple of these big tire events as well. Jim Howe has been one racer who has beat Ryan Martin more than once in this season proving its not luck.
