Street Outlaws no prep kings event landed in tulsa, oklahoma where we saw an oklahoma racer who has been on the top ten list before. Jeff Lutz who drives the yellow twin turbo gto in the video has put in his time in the streets and now on the track. Jeff Lutz is more familiar with the track side of things as he has won a couple of no prep events already. But, Jeff Lutz has not crack the top five of racers but was closing in that top half of the list of points. In the other lane is the season one champion which is birdman. Birdman has gone through some changes that has not been good for him. Birdman went from champion to having trouble making straight passes. Don’t count birdman out just yet as he has the skills to get to the top of the points list.
