Hey that forklift needs a flow valve replaced in the full free lift cylinder that's why the inter chanles lifting before the forks going all the way up .rake the forklift outside so you can run the lift all the way up gill it's to max lift make sure it goes all the way up . This will make it work like it needs but its s temp fix it will get out of sink again just repeat. But the inter lift cylinder needs to be pulled out just the rod look at the bottom of the rod you see a snapring that holds in a small valve that needs to be replaced its call a flow valve it's like check valve
