Generally most conflict you see on TV is manipulated by producers in some way. It's their job to make an interesting storyline, and that is going to involve conflict.
Well the one thing is does anyone remember the gray goose burned up over a year ago? And you see shocker at the beginning of Kye build?

One scripted story was on the early episodes…when doc put bigger engine in and supposedly monza didnt know. And monza acted so pissed off about it. If it was real, monza is a bigger bitch than previously thought.

Isn't Mike Hellman the producer that just passed away? I think he is the guy that died the night before the NPK race that Justin Swanstrom won. That may be the Mike that Shawn was referring to during that conversation. Just a guess but, would make sense.

It definitely seems like Ryan consistently dominates NPK almost doubles 2nd place in points now season is almost over there's gonna be no dramatic finish now he is magically losing in rnd 1 or 2
I don't believe they are scripted myself. Now races with JJ, I do believe they are fixed,or he's got 4 leaf clovers growing out of his ass.
I can't imagine no street race talk, I started watching around episode 4 or 5. As far as end game, I think it would be much better without JJ, for me I'm just over him and his people. It's just the same old same with them.

I liked the end game show that Vegas racing was cool cars an average guy could build
It’s television , of course it’s scripted.
May not have lines written for them but racers are picked by production for the story line. Chief said that. It's also extremely edited to show productions idea of the show, that's not reality TV.
