Man you want to lose weight dude just start drinking water 8 ‐10 bottles a day. I wasn't even trying stop drinking pop just started drinking water nothing but and I lost 50 lb. But of course I start drinking pop again and put it all back on

Shawn should start eating Oatmeal with fruit to lose some weight. I also got on the tread mill for 30 to 40 min. a dab, I lost 40 pounds doing that during Covit.
