I hate to see the stock block 355 go, but looking forward to the next chapter! Brought back memories of my stock short block 355 in a 71 C10 shortbed daily driver that ran mid-12’s around 1980. That amazing engine beat a lot of big blocks on the street. You guys take me back!

I have a 57 chevy pickup ( all original) that has been in one family since original purchase, it's a turquoise truck in excellent condition, rather low mileage and has been properly stored since last driven in 1977. Running 10.50s with that 355 I think when you build a sbc for it you may end up having to put a cage in it, if I'm not mistaken cages are required when you get in the 9s
