I Fixed Mike’s Magnum 360 Powered 1964 Dodge Dart GT In Twenty Seconds

This is my friend Mike’s 1964 Dodge Dart GT. I actually found this car for him over a decade ago. Originally, it was a 273 V8 push button car (with a custom license plate that read “PUSHDNGO” which was pure brilliance.) Since then, Mike has gradually worked through every single component on the car, with new paint, two different performance V8s, a four speed conversion, custom built suspension and body components, a complete interior, and an 8 3/4 rear end all being part of the program. I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to feature the car on the channel. I also don’t know why this video is only 5 and a half minutes long. There is a lot to say about this car – and a lot of things to see. But I guess that’s a video for a different day. Today, we get it running kind of ok, and terrify the neighbors.

  1. Not bad, I like the 66 year in that era of Dart’s. Cool video, 1967, 8 and 9 where the start of bad ass hot rods. 1970 340 Swinger was to me the coolest body style and looks ever.
    Your the Mopar Dude.

  2. What a cool not-dead yet Dodge ! There's nothing like rowing thru an A 833 4 speed/V8 Dodge. My '65 Coronet 4 speed has nowhere near as nice of an interior as your Dart. I hope in future installments you can share a bit more of your custom fab items (sway bar,sub frame conn. & the "early NASCAR" practice of narrowing & tucking the steel bumpers.
