Its definitely a early 60s Performer made by us fiberglass. Just cant find the exact boat anywhere online or any pics of a islander. The ones performers i can find that look similar had a cabin over the front

considering the telltale is not running water i would say the water pump is in need of attention. don't run her too much untill you replace the pump rotor
the boats is late 50s to 60s vintage but i thing the motor is much later
looking at the styling of other performers from the era its either a 59 or 60s its old

you will need to cut the inside fiberglass on transom replace the wood and fiberglass it i've done 4 of them and very nasty work
