  1. There is no car brand that beats Toyota for reliability.
And with them pushing EV's to the side and giving the customer what they want its the only brand I'd consider buying.

  2. Toyota are not stupid like the rest of the car manufacturers are. EVs are the biggest scam lie since religion was invented. Toyota make great hybrid cars but they know EVs are not going to replace ICE cars ever. EVs will become a thing of the past over the next decade.

  3. Insurance companies are going to kill the ev dream, just check out the insurance costs 50 % of the working class will be unable to afford it ..

  4. Ev's are useless. Not enough range. Too expensive to buy and Insure. Recharge areas either do not exist or do not work. Suggest some one tries driving one across Australia and see how far they don't get. Not going to purchase one now or ever. Will stick to ICE or hydrogen when available. In a few words… Expensive junk…..

  5. Ammonia hey?
and how much energy goes into making that then?
and where is that energy going to come from?
We need all the ammonia we produce for fertiliser.
there is no climate crisis, man's small contribution to CO2 has no effect on the weather.,
there is enough oil for 200 years and more being found all the time.

  6. Guys this channel brings the exact same for each car manufacutrer. I've checked it, it is not true. Probably some fake news payed by the oil industry and oil dictators…

  7. Like all good things the hypocritical EV agenda has been hijacked by the profit before ethics agenda. It makes no sense environmentally you just destroy they world in someone else’s back yard, repeat and replace every 3yrs.

  8. Toyota is right. EV's are far to expensive and have a lack of range. Furthermore our electricity network is failing already, so EV's don't have a future in the Netherlands. 6600 companies in our country are waiting for a decent electricity connection. Some companies must choose between running their business or keeping the mandatory car charger working. Some use a diesel generator to keep their business going. The Netherlands is slowly shutting down and the left politicians like it.

  9. Battery EVs are not a viable replacement for the current ICE car, they are a piece part gap filler, and an expensive one. Add to that their propensity to burst into flames with the corresponding insurance issues and the inability to recycle them at end of life, is it any wonder no one wants them. To me Toyota seems to be exhibiting a wealth of common sense and masses of wisdom. There is no point insisting they make EV cars, what for? they don't sell anyway, what's the point. Yes, hydrogen is a much better way forward, ammonia, is mostly comprised of hydrogen, si I guess its another hydrogen variant. No, I will never be pushing a mountain of cubic cash into any EV vehicle, I will just wait, and stay with ICE, until a viable next fuel solution appears, and No, hybrid is not a viable option, more wasted complexity and fuel wastage. Mt question, will Toyota move into any form of hydrogen manufacture and distribution assist, to promote the cause? Although with enough consumer pressure, it should generate its own commercial solution.

  10. Climate change is happening, battery technology is changing and the fires that happen are a rare event and will become rarer as it improves. compared to ice cars these are negligible. You can keep burying your heads in the ever expanding Australian desert sands.

  11. Playing into the hands of the Chinese. China and Tesla will rule EV sales in the UK. Toyota don’t have a clue what they are doing. I would not want to sit in an ammonia or hydrogen bomb

  12. Every month legacy makers procrastinate is 100,000's more sales by BYD. Combustion powered cars, whether gas, hydrogen or ammonia, are finished. They are unnecessarily complex and inefficient when compared to an electric motor drivetrain.

  13. Toyota is still using the same chemistry on its batteried.. Battery technology continues to change on a monthy basis.. As to range anxiety how far can one actually drive on a daily basis? Had to laugh about city cars where the average daily driving range is 40 miles.. So go home and charge Adding this range daily even on 240 volts should not take much over an hour

  14. I would really like to make a comment on this video, but first of all, let me start off by saying this will be a comment. You will be amazed to read this comment, so read to the end. Only if you read to the end, this shocking fact will be released….
(Long story short, this is a 2 minute video blown up for advertising reasons)

  15. It looks like Toyota is going to go bankrupt within the next 10 years like most of the other legacy automakers that aren't serious about electric vehicle production, like VW, GM, and Ford.

  16. Yeah ev sales are down lol.
Canalys estimates EVs will make up 18% of the total market in 2023, with global sales surpassing 14 million units, a 39% increase from 2022. Tesla leads the global BEV market with high EV penetration. It grew by 65% year-on-year, selling over 935,000 units of EVs in H1 2023 when compared with 565,000 units in H1 2022.

  17. Toyota were the most successful auto manufacturer. That's history. What will happen in the future we will have to wait to see.

Range anxiety was a thing in the early days of petrol. Where were the stations? I believe EVs are the future. And mostly you will charge them at home.

Hydrogen has a lot of problems and at the moment it's not been made in an environmentally green manner.

I could be wrong, but I think Toyota backed hydrogen early and now are just sticking to it AND It may see them end up bankrupt.
