HUGE BLOW at Ferrari! Here's Why…

Ferrari Management Shake up? It seems like things aren’t really “great” at Ferrari, especially after the Brazilian GP. Mattia Binotto has been on the receiving end of things, and what has been speculated throughout the whole season could finally see the light! Is there a chance we’ll see a brand-new Ferrari starting in 2023? And what is one huge factor that Ferrari needs to consider when it comes to management and the strategy crew?
Ferrari has been the laughingstock of Formula One multiple times this season, transforming from a championship-winning team to one that struggles to maintain second place in both championships. After the amazing start of the season, Ferrari’s biggest “woes” have caught up to them, as the reliability of the F1-75 has cost them a massive amount of points. But what Ferrari also needs to address going into 2023 is the shot-calling process and the whole strategy crew. The team has been outsmarted on many occasions throughout the season, mostly because they made silly mistakes that shouldn’t have been there in the first place. For example, the team messed up the pit stop in Monaco and ruined Leclerc’s race in Silverstone by not calling him to pit under the safety car. This is something Sainz did, and when told not to fight Leclerc, he briefly denied it, claiming that he is much faster and that if he is passed by Hamilton and Perez, Leclerc will be passed anyway at the front.
