The photo contest winner was Steve Smith and yes his Nova is licensed and registered for the street but Smith says it prefers the drag strip.
Model for this months flyer is female racer Kelly Barr Anderson who drag races any chance she gets. You can often find Kelly at any track on the back bumper driving her nitrous fed Camaro.
