After years of going back and forth, these two gentlemen finally lined up side by side.
The Civic is rear-wheel drive and Chevy-powered. The Mustang also is Chevy-powered.
During one of their many friendly debates, the Civic owner told the Mustang owner, “You got the break for life!” When race day finally came, he made good on that promise and spotted the Mustang the break.
That little advantage was just enough to help the Mustang take the win.
Sometimes the best races aren’t just about horsepower—they’re about good sportsmanship, keeping your word, and finally settling the score.
