The Malibu was built to be my daily driver. Although some may argue it’s gotten out of hand, it’s to be expected.
The car is powered by a 421ci 23 degree small block, purpose built to run on E85.
I wanted it to run as good as possible on motor, so that I didn’t have to rely on Nitrous to run the local index classes.
The car has been 10.60’s-10.50’s N/A but I’ve never tried to push the envelope on nitrous. Mostly because the stock bench seat doesn’t offer enough support to comfortably go much faster than a 1.40 60ft.
Now that the car has a roll bar, and a fresh transmission with aftermarket input shaft and planetary sets… we can push the car to go faster than ever before.
