Ferraris issue is that they always and always want to make it about an all italian team and that's just not possible in F1. And that was the same issue with Honda when they we providing PU's for McLaren a few years ago, they absolutely stayed 100% Nippon and it didn't work out. As soon as they brought in outside hire that PU became incredible. Fred Vasseur is the perfect choice for the next Ferrari TP, and they need to hire OUTSIDE of Italy.

Ferrari had an opportunity to give Redbull a good fight. To make matters worse they dropped it in the beginning of the season allowing Redbull to run away.

The 2 past team principles @ Ferrari with Binotto included have had uphill battles to fight. The Tifosi have had their heads in the clouds ⛅️ because they think their stuff doesn't stink. It's really time for a new culture at Ferrari. Ferrari kills careers. This practice has been in place for 20 years.

I think Charles is a better driver in my view. Give him that RB18 & he probably would have wrapped up the championship earlier than Max. Everyone makes mistakes. Max used to make loads of mistakes. He made less this year because he had a dominant car with no competition. Look ..the little competition he had in Brazil.. ended in a crash. He had no pressure this year so no mistakes. Leclerc had pressure: car reliability, fight a dominant car, no team order & team strategists etc so he made some mistakes.
The team decisions were atrocious. The radio messages were, "plans A-Z"and "understood".
"Box box"- "no no stay out" and many more crazy bonkers dumb decisions.
FIA is Fraud , This was their plans "lets make changes so Mercedes don't win too many Races" changes made and red bull winning even more than Mercedes did in 2021. This is Fraud bring back 2021 cars/engines.
