Hey everyone, Happy New Year! In this vlog I have some really interesting stuff for you mechanical, engineering, motorsports, and engine fans. I dig into and tear down the Proline Hemi Engine from Goliath. I’ll walk you through most of the engine and its components, some really cool stuff and I think you will really enjoy it!

subscribed! no one else does tear downs and maintenance in 10-15 min videos. its usually too long to watch with unnecessary content.
look forward to learning more
Excellent video. Thanks for taking the time to make it.
Its an engine Tesla has motors, they are electric.
Congratulations on making America’s List again! Hopefully your kicking ass and taking names. Last season was a fluke, I hope the true Daddy Dave shows up on the streets.
looking at the video, going by what was (not) seen, the provisions for the head studs that go from the head back into the block on the intake side have been done away with on these engines ???
Thst thing looks surgical
Good luck this season..its nice to see how much you have upgraded your program now with the Hemi engine.
You got a nice shop
That doesn't seem like alot of lift on that cam spec o. The table I always wondered what you guys ran for compression cam and head specs on these things
Dave I seen it on the internet that you're in the hospital is it true I thought you were running racing on America list
sou fa mesmo
I can only imagine what that motor cost
I’m 26 and wish he was my dad lol what I would give to grow up with a man like this as my father.
Never seen anything so beautiful… it's like having breakfast at Tiffany's.
Don't ask him..he don't tell anyone anything
I was storing a set of New steel H Beam rods years ago. I put them in Ziploc plastic bags with coffee filters soaked with WD-40. I squeezed all the air out of the Ziplock bags. Few years later come back to use the New rods they had some rust on them!?!? But luckily the rust wasn't on the rod journals. Overtime WD-40 will rust steel. WD-40 is great for lock cylinders it's the only thing I use in lock cylinders but it is not for storing or coating metal it will cause rust overtime. Don't use graphite or grease inside lock cylinders it gums them up and then they need to be rebuilt or replaced. WD-40 is the only thing for lock cylinders. I brought many of lock cylinders to the locksmith to have him rebuild them. And I don't know why WD-40 doesn't rust inside a lock cylinder because they have steel springs. I'm pretty sure they are steel. I use to put WD-40 in door pin hinges that caused them to rust. I now use oil only.
GROOVY!!
Put a smx in it
I dont understand where the Money comes from to constantly rebuild a 150k motor I mean unless your winning money at every race that pays for everything but I'm guessing that's not the case lol, just curious
Why not a Chevy engine dave
Works of art, how about raffling off engine parts to help the team family,
Dave yu Sonoma lends
Stupid question but why do robs always break
Esse cara é foda demais…
Thats alot of knuckle busting in 8 days
I would love to see what your car would do with a Steve Morris engine in it. You got everything down for suspension and everything else. Hell Steve Morris is not making a small block 5.3L LS that can push the HP up to around 3kHP. He has a few Hemi that he does yet he sticks with the LS Design mainly.
Love it, I work for Dodge/Chrysler and I love seeing what you can do with our power plant.. Long live D.D. & Hemi's power!
It really looks a lot like The Mopar performance race block from years back raised cam tunnel and stronger webbing aside
Keep up the hard work, love that Chevy 2
A hemi in a Chevy, makes me wanna to puke.
