Besides the money, that was the loss of one of the best looking cars on the NPK circuit. Hopefully you can put her back together, better.
Npk might start making people relocate the fuel cells to the back so when you hit the wall it doesn't explode like that??

Sorry to hear and see this happen to you but aren’t these cars equipped with a fire suppression system? Why does it seem like they aren’t being used or bigger bottles and more nozzles being added to turn off these fires before they engulf the car into a huge fire ball.

Iv said it 1K times…WHY do folks insist on putting fuel cell on the nose? A few lbs moved to rear,a lil more fuel/return line=less chance of fire. That sux tho. Not fun

Sorry that happened, but racing on a unprecedented track isn't safe, not to mention that the fuel tank is in front of these cars, bad idea, as the other Mike almost got burned because he couldn't get out of his car.

That's why I don't like electric fuel pumps it doesn't stop the fuel from flowing when you crash.

At least you got out of it… The timing of the fire response at these NPK events need to be revalidated… They are incredibly slow and when they arrive they are just disorganised and slow… Mike marillo's incident is a great example…. He only just made it out
